Customers warned of DVLA Contact Centre Industrial Action
The Public and Commercial Services (PCS) Union has called on its DVLA Contact Centre members to take part in industrial action on 28 August, 29 August and 1 September 2015.

As a result, it’s possible that DVLA’s Contact Centre may offer a reduced service and you may experience longer waiting times when contacting us by phone or social media.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

You can still tax your vehicle, make a SORN or apply for a driving licence online or by phone on 0300 1234 321.

Alternatively, you can tax your vehicle at one of 4,700 Post Office® branches across Great Britain and Northern Ireland that deal with vehicle tax. Driver licensing services are also available at 750 Post Office® branches across Great Britain.
