The DVLA Framework Agreement, which describes the basis of the relationship between the DVLA and its sponsor, the Department for Transport, is published today (12 March 2015).

The Framework Agreement discharges one of the principal recommendations of the review of DVLA undertaken by Mary Reilly, a DfT Non-Executive Board Member and published by the Department for Transport (DfT) in February 2014. The review recommended changes to DVLA’s governance and management structures and these changes are described in the document published today.
