Both Welsh winners are an inspiration.
David Notts’ life saving work in the UK and oversees in war zones and amid humanitarian crises is outstanding and the bravery Will Edwards demonstrated in rescuing a woman from a burning car truly truly merits the description ‘heroic’.
I personally would like to congratulate them both and everybody who was shortlisted and successful in receiving one of these prestigious awards.
