New Year's Honours 2015
Stephen Crabb congratulates the people in Wales who have been honoured by Her Majesty the Queen in her New Year’s Honours list.

Among those honoured are public figures and many lesser-known people who have worked tirelessly for their communities and the causes in which they believe.

Welsh Secretary Stephen Crabb said:

One of the great things about Her Majesty’s New Year’s Honours list is that people from many different backgrounds are honoured in the same way.

Those who work quietly and diligently for their communities often receive the same recognition as those who achieve great things in sport, the arts or through public service.

I am very proud of all the hardworking people in Wales who have been honoured today and want to thank them all for contributing so much to Wales.
