The portal could be offline until the morning of Monday 17 August 2015.
We advise users not to use the portal in the minutes approaching 5pm on Friday 14 August 2015 to avoid you losing any unsaved data.
When the portal is back online, there is also a change to the format of any attachments you add to your proposal. These must now be in PDF format only - the portal will no longer support Microsoft Word attachments. See further guidance on attachments. Any existing Microsoft Word document attachments will be converted to PDF by the system.
